He promptly came out to diagnose our hot water issues and within a few days a new hot water service was installed, which has improved our home instantly. Fantastic service — we had a significant sewer pipe problem buried 2m underground, quite a challenge that others walked away from. This had to be dug out and backfilled manually by shovel and spade. Tough job but John fixed this up in no time. Excellent work, highly recommend.
